Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, and spans the full customer lifecycle at the intersection of legal practice and product innovation, with a focus on driving AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law in law firms or in-house teams; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate teams.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Guide post-sales adoption, training, and value realization across client engagements.
• Translate legal and product needs into actionable feedback for product teams.
• Bridge legal workflows with RelativityOne's AI capabilities to improve practice areas.
