Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team. This role targets practicing or former lawyers who guide customers in adopting RelativityOne and aiR, translating legal workflows into AI-enabled processes.

You will work across the customer lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization while collaborating with product and engineering. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and engage with law firms, corporate legal teams, and government clients to scale AI-driven legal

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
7+ years practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house legal team (litigation preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Able to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR tools.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
Drive pre-sales conversations with teams to support discovery and solution alignment.
Lead product demonstrations linking Relativity AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
Enable post-sales adoption and ongoing value realization for customers.
Act as the voice of the legal customer for product feedback and playbooks.
Bridge legal workflows with AI tools to improve efficiency.
