Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and complex rent-related activities. The role emphasizes accurate data governance, contract compliance, and coordination with a global team to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting and property management.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• Experience with real estate database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or similar.
• Proven success managing global accounts with 1,000+ leases in a global account management structure.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently, preferably remotely, with solid time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac including scope, billing, and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present updates and reports.
• Develop governance programs: reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee global team delivering services per client process and contract.
