Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and reporting within a complex, multi-account environment. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payments, and strong governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration
• Familiarity with lease accounting standards (ASC 842/IFRS 16) and GAAP
• Proven ability to manage global accounts and client governance programs
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data-driven reporting abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders on global lease administration
• Maintain knowledge of client agreements, scope, billing, and payee information
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements and monthly rental schedules
• Lead governance programs, cadence, and business reviews with clients
• Oversee and drive timely resolution of client escalations and issues
• Manage onboarding and transition for new accounts within a global team
