Job summary

Colliers seeks a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to lead Lease Administration for global accounts, focusing on rent presentment and payment accuracy. You will coordinate with clients and a global team to ensure contract compliance and timely rent processing across regions.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for stakeholders, tracking critical dates, and delivering governance, metrics, and reports to drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or similar.
• Experience with large global accounts (>1,000 leases) and global account management structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS lease accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, including scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency, and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per contract and client processes.
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, reports, and rent payment schedules.
