Colliers International seeks an experienced Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage global lease administration, client and vendor relationships, and centralized reporting across a complex, multinational portfolio. You will oversee rent presentment and payment activities, drive governance programs, and coordinate with global teams to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration, accounting or property management.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of lease abstractions, rent calculations and client billing processes.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain client contracts, boundaries of scope, fee structure and billing information in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular client meetings to present updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop and maintain governance programs and communication cadences.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Oversee and validate monthly rent and pass-through expenses per contract.
• Manage vendor relations, invoices, recoveries, and reconciliations.
• Support audits and transition activities for new accounts.
