Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage Lease Administration for large, global accounts and to optimize rent presentment and payments. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating schedules, reports, and process improvements.

The role emphasizes remote work across multiple US locations, with a 75k–85k USD yearly compensation and a strong emphasis on governance, metrics, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan or similar.
• Experience handling global multi‑line accounts (1,000+ leases) in a global account management setup.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS lease accounting and ability to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client and stakeholder contact for global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data: scope, fees, billing frequency, and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular portfolio reviews with clients, presenting updates and metrics.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs including reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Oversee and ensure the global team delivers services per contract and process.
