Job summary

Colliers International in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to oversee global lease administration, client governance, and rent processing for large, complex accounts. The role emphasizes remote collaboration with multinational teams and strong adherence to contractual terms and client expectations.

You will manage lease data, attend client reviews, and drive improvements in reporting and process efficiency while aligning with US GAAP/IFRS standards and Colliers360 tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with CRE databases: Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, etc.
• Proven success handling multi-line global accounts (>1,000 leases).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independent work ability, preferably remote, with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain client agreements including scope, fees, billing and payee data in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular client meetings to review portfolio updates and metrics.
• Track expirations and option exercise dates for assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS in lease accounting records.
• Provide final QC for abstraction and oversee vendor management.
