Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to oversee global lease administration, billing, reporting, and client relationships in a remote role. You will manage complex portfolios, ensure accurate rent-related settlements, and drive process improvements within a global account framework.

The role requires 5+ years in lease administration or related fields, strong knowledge of lease contracts, and experience with major portfolio systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with large global lease portfolios (1,000+ leases) and multi-account management.
• Familiar with GAAP/IFRS lease accounting and various lease contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Manage and analyze rent, CAM, operating expenses, taxes and insurance payments.
• Coordinate with vendors, validate invoices, and ensure accurate lease accounting records.
