Springboard in the United States (remote) is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to lead end-to-end instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You will partner with SMEs, instructors, and LX peers to shape engaging courses and make learning outcomes measurable.

You’ll own the lifecycle of content across formats - written, video, live sessions, audio - and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining high quality standards and timely launches.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, and more.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to translate SME guidance into engaging course elements.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs for learner outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines independently.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Background in AI, tech, data courses or healthcare/Allied Health content.
• People management is a bonus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full lifecycle of course content across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for new courses and define synchronous/asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Partner with project managers, LX team, and stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards.
