Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Content Development Manager to lead end-to-end instructional content creation across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You will manage the full lifecycle, collaborate with SMEs and instructors, and shape engaging learning experiences that drive learner outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-quality writing, proofreading, and the strategic use of AI to optimize workflows, with remote flexibility and a path to scale learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio content.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen and translate material into course elements.
• Outcomes-focused design with KPIs for learning experiences.
• Ability to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, data, or healthcare/ Allied Health content.
• People management experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for synchronous and asynchronous components of courses.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity and accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure content meets objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards.
