Job summary

Springboard is seeking an experienced Content Development Manager to own the end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI, data science, and healthcare programs. You will shape courses from concept to delivery, collaborating with SMEs, mentors, and instructors to craft engaging, learner-centered experiences.

This remote, flexible role emphasizes attention to detail, high-quality content, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, and beyond.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with impeccable editing eye.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen and refine material into course elements.
• Outcomes-focused: experience designing learning experiences tied to KPIs.
• Ability to independently manage your own project timelines.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR healthcare/Allied Health content.
• People management experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for synchronous and asynchronous components of courses.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard of clarity and learner-friendliness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and launch timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards across the team.
