Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to lead end-to-end course content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. This remote role collaborates with mentors, instructors, and LX teams to craft engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences that help learners advance in their careers.

You will own content from ideation through delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business goals, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and maintain high

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, and more.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to shape content into course elements.
• Outcomes-focused design with KPIs.
• Ability to manage your own project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR healthcare/Allied Health content.
• People management experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses, defining and delivering synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard of clarity, leveraging AI tools.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders to meet objectives and launch timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards.
