Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design and content development.
• Experience with multimodal content: written content, video, live sessions, audio.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing with an impeccable eye.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and instructors to translate material into course elements.
• Outcomes-focused design with ambitious KPIs.
• Ability to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR healthcare instructional content.
• People management experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across programs.
• Build courses end-to-end and drive learner outcomes with SMEs.
• Conceptualize and develop new courses to meet ambitious targets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructors to refine material into course elements.
• Maintain a focus on outcomes, KPIs, and learner impact.
• Manage own project timelines across multiple modalities.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to a high standard.
• Partner cross-functionally to meet launch timelines and business objectives.
• Maintain and raise content quality standards across the team.
• Act as Learning Producer for synchronous and asynchronous components.
