Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to own the end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI, tech, and health-related programs. You will shape courses with SMEs, oversee multiple modalities, and ensure outcomes-driven design that aligns with ambitious KPIs while collaborating with mentors and career coaches to enhance learner success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Content development across modalities: written, video, live sessions, audio, etc.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen their material for courses.
• Outcomes-focused design aligned to KPIs.
• Ability to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR healthcare/Allied Health content.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses and execute the vision for synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI tools.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards across the team.
