Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to own end-to-end course content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, designers, and project managers to translate learning targets into engaging, multi-modal courses.

You’ll lead content quality, leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, and manage timelines while maintaining a focus on outcomes and KPIs. This remote role supports learners nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, and games.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to translate learning targets with SMEs into engaging course elements.
• Outcome-driven design with KPIs and ability to manage own timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Background in AI, tech, data courses or healthcare/Allied Health content (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for new courses, designing synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity and learner-friendliness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with project managers, LX team, and stakeholders to meet objectives and launch timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards.
