Job summary

Springboard is hiring a Content Development Manager to own end-to-end content creation across AI, tech, and healthcare certification programs. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, editors, and learners to shape engaging learning experiences, both synchronous and asynchronous, and ensure high-quality instructional content across multiple modalities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills with high standards.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to translate material into course elements.
• Outcomes-focused with KPI-driven learning experiences.
• Independently manage your own project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR healthcare/Allied Health content.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for new courses and design synchronous/asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with project managers and the LX team to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards.
