Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to join our Learning Experience Design (LX) team. You will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs, helping adult learners successfully change or uplevel their careers.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and cross-functional partners to shape course content, maintain quality standards, and drive timely launches across multiple modalities, including written

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to translate learning targets with SMEs into course elements.
• Ability to manage own project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Background in AI, tech, data, healthcare or Allied Health content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content across multiple modalities.
• Partner with project managers, LX team, and instructors to meet objectives and timelines.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content development workflows.
• Ensure content meets business goals and launches.
