Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering with 4+ years’ design experience for transmission systems.
• Lead level requires 8+ years’ experience and 2+ years of leadership, mentorship, or supervisory work.

Responsibilities

• Review full transmission line designs including PLS-CADD models, foundations, materials, plans and profiles.
• Prepare bidding documents, drafts, and construction packages; interface with clients and project teams.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals; coordinate with environmental, permitting and construction teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members; travel up to 10–15% if needed.
