Leidos is seeking Senior and Lead Transmission Line Engineers to work on high-voltage transmission projects for major utilities. The role involves applying NESC, ASCE, ACI standards and delivering designs for overhead and underground systems.

Responsibilities include engineering analyses, bidding documents, plans and specifications, and coordination with clients and project teams. MT-aligned hours are preferred; remote work within the U.S. may apply for this position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems
• Lead level requires 8+ years with 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience reviewing full transmission line designs including PLS-CADD models, foundations, material, plans and profiles
• Knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE code requirements; construction specifications; material procurement process; project schedules and construction work packages
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and proposals
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently; strong client communication
• Travel up to 10-15% may be required
