Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, required skills, and potential talent sources.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Gain insights through relationships, plan for future needs and build pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical roles in advance of postings.
• Lead special projects such as TA systems maintenance or bespoke reporting.
• Market the organization to potential candidates by conveying the company’s mission and value proposition.
• Support interview guide development and encourage adoption to improve candidate assessments.
