GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to own territory, grow existing accounts, and build new business with a dedicated BDR. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, and partners to close deals and protect revenue.

This remote US role emphasizes strategic prospecting, accurate forecasting, and a proactive, communicative approach across teams. Travel for on-sites and events is occasional.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Self-motivated with clear, proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel occasionally for customer on-sites and events.

Responsabilidades

• Territory ownership toward quota and management of assigned accounts.
• Expand and renew through upsells/upgrades; coordinate with Renewals for at-risk renewals.
• Build net-new pipeline with your BDR through weekly strategy sessions and outbound prospecting.
• Bring in Sales Engineering, PMs, legal/contracts, and Regional Partner Managers on deals.
• Partner selling with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source and close business.
• Plan, qualify, forecast, and keep Salesforce up to date.
