GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to manage a remote US territory, drive new business, and expand existing accounts. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, and partners to close deals and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, consultative discovery, and effective cross-functional coordination, with occasional travel for on-site visits and partner events.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated, with clear, proactive communication across internal teams and a steady follow-up cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Territory ownership: take over an assigned territory and manage toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: grow existing accounts and protect revenue with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR through outbound rhythm.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Engineering, project managers, product, legal/contracts, and regional partners.
• Partner selling: work with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source/close business.
• Sales discipline: plan weekly, qualify quickly, forecast, and keep Salesforce current.
