GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a territory, drive renewals and expansions, and build new business with a dedicated BDR. The role collaborates with Sales Engineering, product teams, legal and partners to close deals.

You’ll use data-driven outreach, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and travel occasionally for on-site customer visits and partner events. A strong SaaS sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven prospecting and needs discovery.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers.
• Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline.
• Willing to travel occasionally for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership and quota management.
• Grow existing accounts via upsells and renewals.
• Build net-new pipeline with your dedicated BDR.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, PM, legal/contracts, and regional partner managers.
• Partner selling with value-added resellers and strategic partners.
• Plan your week with intent, forecast accurately, and keep Salesforce current.
