Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead end-to-end IT/software projects. This remote role supports nationwide applicants and requires strong Agile and SDLC expertise.

You will drive planning, execution, and governance, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to meet deadlines and budgets. With 10+ years in project management, you will mentor teams, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables across programs while aligning with Signature Performance’s mission

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Demonstrated SDLC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using waterfall, agile/lean, or hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Capture and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
