Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an experienced Project Manager III to drive IT/software implementation projects from initiation to completion. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.

Responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for agile initiatives, coordinating with vendors, and producing comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT/software implementations.
• Proven track record delivering IT/software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience developing formal PM plans with sub-plans (scope, cost, schedule, risk, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and typical KPIs (earned value, ETC, EVM).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications preferred; healthcare/SDLC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project activities across traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects; facilitate sprint ceremonies and maximize team productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain project documents: charters, scope statements, risk logs, RACI, reports.
• Manage changes, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Foster client relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
