Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation projects in a remote capacity across the United States. You will drive project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with a focus on delivering value to clients.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and provide KPI-driven insights to stakeholders while upholding Scrum Master duties where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years project management experience with a strong emphasis on IT/software implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/software implementation projects.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive formal project management plans including scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change, and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online versions).
• Demonstrated proficiency with KPIs such as Earned Value, ETC, schedule and cost variances, and CI performance indexes.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating sprint events and maximizing team productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform time management tasks.
• Generate detailed project documentation (charter, logs, COAs, reports).
