Signature Performance is seeking a seniorProject Manager III to lead and deliver IT/software implementation initiatives. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage scoping, scheduling, and budgeting, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to meet milestones.

The role requires extensive PM experience, Agile/Hybrid methods, and stakeholder communication. A healthcare focus and PMP/CSM/CSPO credentials are favored, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation projects.
• PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required.
• Healthcare industry experience and SDLC knowledge are essential.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, or hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, scope statements, RACI, reports).
