You will develop strategic marketing plans, identify profitable opportunities, and cultivate agency relationships to drive revenue growth and market share across the South, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business development, marketing, and insurance underwriting, plus AU/CPCU/CIC/INS/ARM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic business development, marketing, or related roles.
• Certifications such as AU, CPCU, CIC, INS or ARM preferred.
• Strong understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, underwriting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic marketing plans considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets and increases market share.
• Cultivates relationships with key agencies and educates on product features and selling techniques.
• Drives revenue growth and may implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Travel 60–80% to visit agents and brokers.
