The role focuses on developing strategic marketing plans, securing profitable opportunities, and strengthening agency partnerships while traveling 60–80% of the time across defined territories.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in strategic business development or marketing, with applicable insurance certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic business development or marketing.
• Progress toward certifications: AU, CPCU, CIC, INS or ARM.
• Strong understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, underwriting, and risk management.
• Willing to travel 60–80% to visit agents and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic marketing plans considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities and develops strategic plans to increase market share.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with key agencies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets; may include cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
• Performs market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
