Job summary

Harris, a leading provider of mission-critical software, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant for its Systems & Software division. The role is customer-facing, focusing on delivering enQuesta CIS solutions and value-added services to US and Canada clients.

The candidate will analyze business processes, configure workflows, assist with data conversion, and train end users in remote and classroom settings. Travel of ~75% is expected; passport and international travel eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years CIS/Utility Industry experience plus enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, Clarizen is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret requirements and drive business process analysis sessions.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; translate to project deliverables.
• Configure the software using workflows and business rules.
• Coordinate data conversion for legacy systems and map data.
• Train end users through remote and classroom sessions.
• Identify enhancement requests and coordinate with Product Development.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, QA, and Support teams.
• Provide CIS expertise for project teams and deployments.
• Lead discovery sessions to document current and future-state processes.
• Support during testing, implementation, and post-go-live.
