Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will deliver enQuesta CIS solutions, analyze requirements, configure systems, test, implement, train, and support clients.

This customer-facing role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. Remote work across the US and Canada with travel up to 75% is required; passport and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems, billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and guide business process analysis sessions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements and apply to the project scope.
• Configure software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
• Collaborate with data conversion specialists for legacy data transition.
• Train end users via remote and classroom sessions.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and liaise with Product Development.
• Work with cross-functional teams (PMs, QA, Support, etc.).
• Provide CIS SME consulting for project teams and upgrades.
• Participate in discovery sessions to map current and future state.
