Job summary

Harris Computer’s Systems & Software division seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will translate client requirements into enQuesta CIS configurations, train users, and ensure successful project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

The role is remote with travel up to about 75% across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel internationally. 85K-100K salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, enQuesta and tools like JIRA/Confluence/Clarizen are a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems and billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to drive requirements sessions and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements and apply them to projects.
• Configure software using workflow rules to support business processes.
• Collaborate with data conversion specialists for legacy data migration.
• Train end users via remote and classroom sessions.
• Provide SME guidance for enQuesta CIS implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in discovery sessions and document current/future-state processes.
• Assist data mapping and validation during data conversions.
• Draft and execute software testing per best practices and client needs.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to users.
• Act as customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support customers during testing, production rollout, and post-go-live.
