Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team in a remote role across the US/Canada. Travel up to 75% will be required; candidate must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel internationally.

You will implement enQuesta CIS solutions, analyze requirements, configure workflows, and train end users. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years CIS/Utility experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in a CIS billing system.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret and apply the information within the scope of the project.
• Configure the software using workflow and business rules to allow clients to conduct their business processes.
• Work with data conversion specialists to achieve a smooth transition of legacy data.
• Train end users on the software in both remote and classroom-led sessions.
• Be adept on the functionality and capabilities of the software, making enhancement requests to Product Development when appropriate.
• Work with cross-functional team members including Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and other Implementation Specialists.
