Job summary
Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will deliver enQuesta CIS solutions and related services, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytic, and capable of translating client needs into deliverables. Travel up to 75% is required; remote work options are available across the US and Canada.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of CIS/Utility industry experience; enQuesta experience a plus.
- Experience with CIS billing systems and data mapping.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and understand client requirements and apply to project scope.
- Configure software using workflows and business rules.
- Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
- Support data conversion and testing activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, QA, and support teams.
- Provide CIS SME consulting for new implementations and upgrades.
- Assist in discovery sessions and documentation.
