Job summary

Harris Computer’s Systems & Software division seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will guide client deployments of the enQuesta CIS platform, translate business requirements into configuration, and deliver training and support across remote and on-site engagements.

The role emphasizes customer service, analytical problem solving, and collaboration with PMs, data specialists, QA, and other consultants. Travel about 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, Clarizen experience a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems and billable workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and requirement interpretation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements and apply them to the project.
• Configure software using workflows and business rules for client processes.
• Coordinate with data conversion specialists for legacy data migration.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
• Provide SME guidance for one or more project teams on implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in discovery sessions to map current and future-state processes.
• Assist data conversion with mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing per requirements.
• Create training materials and train end users effectively.
• Act as a customer advocate and coordinate with internal departments.
