Job summary

Systems & Software, a Harris subsidiary, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join Professional Services. You will translate client requirements into CIS solutions, configure and test software, and train users across remote and on-site sessions.

Travel up to ~75% may be required for deployments and upgrades, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows. The role blends business analysis with technical configuration and customer-facing consulting, leveraging industry best practices to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience preferred.
Experience with electric rate configuration and ongoing maintenance in a CIS billing system.
Familiarity with MDM systems and billable read workflows.
Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Define and understand client business requirements and apply them to the project scope.
Configure software using workflows and business rules for client processes.
Collaborate with data conversion teams to ensure smooth legacy data transition.
Train end users through remote and classroom sessions.
Provide subject matter expertise to project teams on CIS implementations and upgrades.
Support discovery sessions and document current/future-state processes.
Assist data mapping and validation with data conversion resources.
Draft and execute testing and training materials for end users.
