Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris Computer, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. The role involves translating client requirements into solution deliverables, configuring enQuesta CIS software, and leading training and support across projects.

This remote position welcomes candidates in the US and Canada, with travel up to 75%. Ideal candidates have CIS/utility domain experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.
Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to synthesize requirements quickly.

Responsibilities

Define and understand client business requirements; interpret and apply within project scope.
Configure the software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
Collaborate with data conversion specialists for smooth legacy data transition.
Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
Provide CIS SME consulting for project teams and upgrades; support testing and deployment.
Participate in discovery sessions and document requirements; assist data mapping and validation.
