Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris Computer, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. Responsible for delivering enQuesta CIS solutions from requirements to training and support for new and existing customers.

The role emphasizes customer service, analytical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with ~75% travel and international travel eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years CIS/Utility/enQuesta/JIRA/Confluence/Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration and CIS billing systems.
• Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and lead business process analysis sessions.
• Familiarity with SQL basics and UNIX/SSH/FTP for interface file manipulation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client requirements; interpret information within project scope.
• Configure software using workflows and business rules for client processes.
• Coordinate with data conversion for legacy data transitions.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
• Provide CIS expertise to project teams and support product enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, QA, and Support teams.
• Support during customer testing, production deployment, and post-implementation.
