Job summary

Harris Computer, Systems & Software division, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team and deliver enQuesta CIS solutions to customers across North America. The role combines requirements analysis, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

This remote position welcomes candidates in the US and Canada, with approximately 75% travel. Passport and travel visas for North America and the Caribbean may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements and interpret them within project scope.
• Configure the software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom sessions.
• Provide CIS SME services for project teams and upgrades.
• Support during customer testing, production implementation, and post-launch.
