Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception to go-live and stabilization. This remote role manages a team of AppCons delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments, including integrations with CSS Portal, MWM, and ERP/financial systems.

Travel is required, about 50%, with a valid passport and eligibility to travel to the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role.
• 4+ years in a senior/managing consultant role with multiple CIS projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects for utility/municipal clients.
• Understanding of utility customer-to-cash lifecycle and/or public sector implementations.
• Financial acumen in managing project P&L, budgets, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cayenta CIS implementation and professional services engagements from inception through go-live and stabilization.
• Mentor and manage Application Consultants across multiple engagements, balancing resources and billable utilization.
• Drive delivery methodologies, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Oversee solution architecture reviews, data conversion, and system integrations across projects.
• Foster continuous improvement of Cayenta methodologies and run client workshops to capture requirements.
