Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, is seeking a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. The role is remote for candidates in Canada and the United States, with travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, system configuration, data migration support, and end-user training for enQuesta CIS solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CIS/EnQuesta/JIRA/Confluence/Clarizen experience, strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience.
• Experience with electric rate configuration and CIS billing system maintenance.
• Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SQL commands and UNIX/SSH/FTP basics.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret and apply information within project scope.
• Configure software using workflow and business rules for client processes.
• Coordinate with data conversion specialists for legacy data migration.
• Train end users on the software in remote and classroom settings.
• Solicit enhancement requests to Product Development when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, QA, Tech Support, and other Implementation Specialists.
• Provide CIS SME and consulting services for project teams on new implementations, upgrades, and quotes.
• Lead discovery sessions to document current and future-state processes.
• Assist data conversion resources with data mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing based on best practices and client requirements.
• Create training materials and train end users.
• Act as customer advocate and liaise with internal departments.
• Support during customer testing and production go-live.
