Job summary
Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of AppCons delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments and drive delivery methodology and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.
Remote role with travel in US/Canada; you will optimize resources and mentor consultants, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery while
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional services or consulting for utility/municipal CIS/ERP/eam deployments.
- 4+ years in a senior or managing consultant role or 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent CIS projects for utility/municipal clients.
- Knowledge of the utility lifecycle (meter-to-cash) and PSA/test management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Provide solution oversight across multiple CIS implementations and portfolios.
- Balance resources across engagements to optimize utilization and avoid burnout.
- Foster an agile, career‑growth oriented team culture within Cayenta consulting.
- Support mid-year/year-end evaluations and performance reviews.
- Monitor team performance and report utilization and billability trends.
