Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services engagements from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will guide a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS projects, including integrations with CS portals, MWM, and ERP/financial systems.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and strong leadership across multiple concurrent projects, with remote/hybrid

Qualifications

5+ years in a professional services or consulting role, ideally CIS implementations.
4+ years in a senior/managing consultant role with leadership experience.
Proven track record managing multiple CIS implementation projects for utilities/municipal clients.
Knowledge of the utility customer-to-cash lifecycle (meter-to-cash).
Financial acumen: budget forecasting, P&L, and consultant utilization.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery; familiarity with PSA tools listed above.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach Application Consultants and project resources across all consulting tiers.
Provide solution oversight across concurrent Cayenta CIS implementations and mentor portfolio teams.
Balance AppCon resources across engagements to optimize utilization and prevent burnout.
Drive standard delivery frameworks and repeatable CIS configurations.
Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and ensure smooth sales-to-services handoffs.
Monitor project health, budgets, and escalation management with executive sponsors.
