Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception to go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role supports remote work across the US and Canada with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role (utility/municipal software familiarity a plus).
• Proven track record managing multiple CIS implementations or upgrades.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons to achieve project objectives.
• Provide solution oversight across multiple Cayenta CIS implementations.
• Allocate resources to optimize utilization and avoid burnout during go-live peaks.
• Champion agile, modern delivery frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships and escalate issues with executive sponsors.
• Plan and run client workshops to gather requirements and drive configuration.
