Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception through go-live and stabilization.

The role guides a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments, overseeing budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements. Travel ~50% is required; passport and international travel eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services or consulting.
• 4+ years in a senior/managerial consulting role on CIS projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software implementations for utility/municipal clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons and project resources to achieve objectives.
• Provide solution oversight across Cayenta CIS implementations.
• Allocate resources to optimize utilization and prevent burnout.
• Foster an agile, accountable team culture and career growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of Cayenta implementation methodology.
