Job summary
Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception to go-live and stabilization. You will manage an AppCon team delivering utility and municipal CIS projects across billing, customer service, field ops, and integrations.
The role emphasizes delivery discipline, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction. Remote with travel ~50% across US/Canada; candidate must travel internationally and hold valid passports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role in utility/municipal software implementations.
- 4+ years in a senior/managerial consulting role across multiple CIS projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
- Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons across all consulting tiers to meet objectives.
- Provide solution oversight across concurrent Cayenta CIS implementations.
- Balance AppCon resources to optimize utilization and avoid burnout.
- Drive Cayenta's implementation methodology and train staff.
- Lead client workshops and coordinate post-go-live transitions.
