Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will direct a team of AppCons delivering utility and municipal CIS projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

Remote role with travel up to 50% in US/Canada; passport and eligibility to travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role in utility/municipal software.
• 4+ years in a senior/managing consultant role across 4+ CIS projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software implementations.
• Knowledge of utility billing, customer service, and meter-to-cash lifecycle.
• Direct experience with Cayenta CIS or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons and resources across projects.
• Provide solution oversight across multiple Cayenta CIS implementations.
• Balance resources and optimize utilization across client engagements.
• Drive Cayenta methodology improvements and run client workshops.
• Maintain executive sponsor and client relationship communications.
