Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and professional services from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS projects across billing, customer service, field operations, and integrations with CSS Portal, MWM, and ERP/financial systems.

This remote role requires travel approximately 50% to client sites in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional services or consulting role
• Proven track record leading CIS or software implementation projects
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Financial acumen with project budgeting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons across engagements to achieve objectives
• Oversee multiple Cayenta CIS implementations and mentor consultants
• Allocate resources to optimize utilization and prevent burnout
• Drive Cayenta's implementation methodology and continuous improvement
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Sales and Post-Go-Live support
• Monitor project health, budgets, and risk mitigation
