Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead CIS software implementations and services from inception through go-live and stabilization. You will manage a team of Application Consultants delivering utility and municipal CIS deployments, including billing, customer service, and integrations with adjacent systems.

The role emphasizes delivery governance, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years in a professional services or consulting role, ideally within utility/municipal software implementations.
4+ years in a senior/managing consultant role with multiple CIS projects.
Proven track record of managing concurrent software implementations for utility/municipal clients.
Strong knowledge of the utility lifecycle (meter-to-cash) and related ERP/financial systems.
Financial acumen: managing project P&L, budget forecasting, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach AppCons across consulting tiers to meet project objectives.
Provide solution oversight across multiple Cayenta CIS implementations and mentor staff.
Allocate resources to optimize utilization while preventing burnout during go-live
Drive Cayenta's delivery frameworks and agile practices.
Lead client workshops and manage smooth sales-to-services handoffs.
Coordinate post-go-live transitions to Customer Support.
Conduct post-implementation retrospectives and knowledge sharing sessions.
